Hello, we are J & S Coatings based in Armley, Leeds 12.
We have a 4m Long x 2.5m High x 2.5m Wide fan oven capable of handling panels of up to W4000mm x H1800mm, using a top of the range manual Gema powder coating gun for powder coating application.
We can do one off items, batch work or large company roll outs as per customers requirements.
This process gives the surface a tough finish to withstand knocks & abrasions & can be done in almost any colour.

In addition to corrosion fighting, this coating also has superior physical properties such as good edge coverage, flexibility, and impact resistance. Zinc Grey can also be used as a stand-alone finish, if the parts do not require UV protection
Recommended uses include general industrial components and applications requiring a good all round coating, such as household goods. When long term exterior durability or heat stability is essential.
When flexibility, adhesion, toughness and corrosion resistance is required, epoxy powder coating is used extensively today. This coating is based on epoxy resins, which is manufactured in a way that enables the possibility of coating a high film build without any defect in the coating when cured.
What is outstanding with this epoxy powder is it’s excellent resistance to solvents, other chemicals and provides a good corrosion protection layer. It is especially suitable in aggressive environments. Unfortunately they are not suitable for external use where they will form a chalk like appearance on the surface with lengthy exposure to sunlight.
Polyester powder coating is designed for external use and the most characteristic feature of polyester powder coatings is the very good colour and gloss retention in outdoor exposure, where UV stability and weather resistance is required.
This is the most commonly used powder coating for metal parts. It is hard, and has very good abrasion resistant properties.
